I rather have management doing what they are doing announcing Sears in Canada...next logical steps US Sears and Kmart.

or they could be responding to every basher and false claim

P.S. Im sure the NFL did some DD on Spongetech before allowing logo on practice jersy, and on podium for press conference after games.
