If they dont deny it , then they are OK with it? If it is fake wouldnt that leave them in bad spot to get sued? Like saying hey SPNG I know that stuff is all fake and hurting you but I am not going to deny it and let it hurt you more? AND OR dont u think they would want it stopped if it WAS fake and shut down whoever posted it? Something not right , no one is coming out one way or other , lots of money at stake , al the companies listed have something to lose, lawyers thrive on these types of lawsuits, they r leaving themselves open to major trouble one way or other , they need to deny and stomp it out , or stomp it out and stomp the poster of the letters, one way or other , dont you think?
