Hey Board, I don't know that it really matters, but the following.

10. The new product is being patended (timeframe the ceo said 'moments' not next week, next month, but moments!!!)

I still don't believe this to be quite correct. The problem is not with the patent, but with the Trademark, I believe that at the last minute they discovered a problem with the new product name or possibly the New Company name, if not D & D.. Hence, moments to correct. Wing
