On the pinks it's sort of a straight forward proposition...here's the ask...here's the bid...take it or leave it.

This one currently has a bid of .0001 and an ask of .01.

Seems pretty harsh. An arrangement that isn't exactly encouraging any trading action...so much as it is collecting any sells at the lowest price possible...while encouraging no one to show any interest in buying.

They are after all...already owned by the company and shareholders... with the market makers not allowed by securities law to own for their own accounts until they uplist.
