I was born in South Florida and have lived here all my life, considered a boomer, I've been through many hurricanes.

I too have several maps and yesterday morning they had IVAN going to western panhandle and the closest city on the map was New Orleans (remember, I said, EAST of New Orleans
If you actually read my post, I said they call the evacuations way too early, but I also said, they have no choice, due to conditions
