I agree as to the problem and the strategy of the solution but for me implementation is the hard part.

I am not sure that it is possible to find out about all those naked shorts. It certainly is beyond my control. But if someone made it possible for me to see where it exists and all I needed to was to send the SEC a written complaint on plain paper or an email, I am willing to do that type of action.

It seems there might be an enforcement issue given the current rules. Perhaps with greater disclosure we could see greater accountability.
