Posted on a private yahoo group:
Hybrid1 - has been to 3 races. This is from 9/5/04 on PalTalk as he
shared his experience at the Indianapolis race:
UCAD is very strong.
Rendall Williams - very very intelligent - very hard nosed - gonna
help UC to make sure we're in good shape.
Cash dividends - El Camino told us (UC told him) there was gonna be
one - they've said that all along though. No time frame on it.
CMKX price is gonna move Tuesday - not said. It was said CMKX price
could go to .01 or .02 on some very little news. that could happen
very soon. Did not say Tuesday.
Company is strong, people are good, news is gonna come, could be next
week, could be before opening on Tuesday but it WAS NOT SAID.
Everything else was said.
Doesn't know if Melvin got fired. Rendall Williams said "CMKX's PR
dept was not very good and he was gonna see that there are some
changes made."
Rendall Williams knows what UC's got and wants to "force Urban to
make alot of money". He's a hands on CEO - very impressive - goes to
his claims and rules fairly tough. A very intelligent person to talk
to. As far as 3 to 1 splits - he said if UCAD got to $20 he would
probably 3 to 1 it and take it back down to 7 and do it again. He had
a chunk of gold with him - I tried to cut a piece of it off and he
caught me. :)
Name we heard over and over - Blusson Brothers. (note, not stated by
Hybrid1: Blusson owns the Ekati mine, he is one third owner)
Chris from UCAD does a fantastic job. UCAD people do the leg work and
the CMKX people do the work with cooking, packets getting packed and
going out.
Rumors are rampant even at the races - that's why we tried to talk to
Rendall. Trying to find facts. He would not answer many questions
about CMKX. I put some questions to Rendall Williams about CMKX about
the area we were just drilling. He looked me straight in the eye and
changed the subject. All he said is we're all gonna be happy.
They're expecting 10,000 people at the Vegas party. I mentioned the
people won't have money to go to Las Vegas - he said the people will
all be happy.
The thing about these races, just to give you an idea - the fellow
sitting across from me was Rendall Williams. The gentleman sitting to
the right of me was a pilot in the Air Force. He flew Al Gore and
Hillary Clinton. On my right was a doctor. I'm a concrete paver.
Gives you an idea of the different people - all wanting the same
thing. They're not looking to double their money or triple their
money, they're looking for a homerun - they want to become
millionaires off of this stock. And I think it's gonna happen.
I'm in St. Louis - I left at 3:00. UC was not there when I left and
the consensus was he was not going to be there.
This was the first day we were there - Friday - I've never met El
Camino in my life before. I hear he's supposed to be close to UC, I
don't know that for a fact but everyone there thought so. El Camino
said the drilling had stopped, they had one geologist there and were
waiting for another one to come and confirm the metal that ends
in "ium". There were 6 or 8 people standing in a circle when he said
that.
The only reason I think there will be news by Tuesday - because
that's what everyone was saying there. I didn't hear that from
Rendall Williams - just the consensus around the tent and from
everyone there.
No comments on the naked short position. I heard the outstanding
shares even if they were 800 billion, the valuation that's gonna be
put on this company - it's not going to matter.
Somebody said to take El Camino's quotes at face value - I'm just
telling you what I was told. Is it all lies? I don't know. Is it all
true? I hope so!
Rendall Williams is a fairly hands on CEO - he said if anyone sells
5,000 shares of his stock he calls them and wants to know why. After
the UCAD dividend gets put into our accounts, he would send out an
introduction letter from UCAD - nothing flamboyant - that's just the
way he does business.
Date I heard was the 24th of September. Rendall said he cut the
shares 6 weeks ago but he doesn't have the say so for when they show
up in our accounts. The date I heard was the 24th of September.
Far as I know the only thing taken out of the ground so far is
samples. The drilling stopped Thursday because they found what they
wanted. A precious metal that ends in "ium" that trades at a very
very high per ounce. Supposed to be the largest find in the world. We
asked platinum and they said no. We asked titanium and they said no.
They said there is some uranium there but that's not it - that's not
the deal - it's something else. We couldn't think of any other ones
to ask.
They restriction on the UCAD shares could be lifted. Any restricted
share can be lifted at any time - that was said. No time frame was
put on it.
The tent at the races is a big area where they have set up to
distribute the materials. There was a big campground on the left -
the NHRA won't let them distribute shirts and hats and things at some
other races, so this race they were set up outside the gate - there
were 60 to 75 people around there eating and stuffing packs. While
the work is going on people are talking. Digging from Rendall, from
Sterling, just trying to get that one piece. They don't say anything
they're not supposed to say. When I say "around the tent" it's just
people talking. Did not come from any one individual.
The one thing I took away from the races that made me feel good
(Melvis asked this) - Rendall Williams.
The processing plant in Vegas - 3 or 4 months from being up and
running. They separate out the ore there - one little ad in a
magazine got numerous calls from people. They charge 30% of their
minerals if we like them, 50% if we don't like them. That place will
be the refining place for CMKX, UCAD, etc plus be a revenue generator
for places not even associated with our companies.
My personal opinion is that diamonds are still the #1 objective.
I'll probably be at Dallas races, which is the one following
Pennsylvania.
Yeah, that's fairly common sense that the valuation has to be
established - the outstanding shares has to be known for some of this
stuff to happen. But as far as the valuation, who knows. No one has
said a number.
