You should ask your broker for at least level 3 trading authority. That way you can sell premium against your long side and still take a profit if the trade goes against you. For instance, you could've sold the 90's against the 95's on the reversal down and brought in the premium on that sell, then held the trade till expiry for a gain. See vertical spreads for more info
