YOU have used a faulty analogy. I have not suggested anything of the sort.

In a court room setting, it is a lawyers role to defend a person brought up on charges.

Must I remind you there is no courtroom here and no one has been charged of anything. Your attempt to mislead makes you look foolish as you clearly do not understand how lawyers work.
