Bush should have concentrated on America's immediate enemy-Bin Laden and those who supported the attack on New York and Washinton. Instead, he went into Iraq which was an optional war that had nothing to do with 9/11 but everything to do with an agenda that had been prepared by the Vulcan's and their think tanks.

The problem of nuclear proliferation has been with us since the 1950's. It has been studied in college political science courses since the 60's.

Unfortunately, the US facilitated the development of the chemical and biological warfare capabilities in Iraq.
Rumsfeld was in on that development.
