The only "evidence' regarding Sam resigning on 5/27/09 is a phony press release on free-press-release.com that appears to have been written by a 3 year old.
Upper management are the folks listed on official corporate information websites. Those are the folks that have issued press releases using reputable dissemination services.
Someone called "mrs trader" posting on an anonymous message board is attempting to refute these facts. It is not very convincing.
