You need to at least be an officer of that company Sam was not at the time he represented MAC1 as a company for sale. He was asked to resign May 27 ,2009 and he did just that. Miracle Applications is still the primary company that acquired MAC1 despite what sam may have written whether he did not understand about how a merger workeed or whether he was trying to possable scam investors I don't know. But I will tell you that Miracle is NOT a shell company and has sales and is a functioning business. As well they are the public company and it has not been sold , so please MR.
