Regarding the current status of MIRA

As of July 12, 2009.

From all available evidence it appears that the company known as Miracle Applications that sold various polishes and sanitation products no longer exits. Mac1 Industries, a company that sells LED lighting solutions acquired the shell in October, 2008. The old symbol was never changed and the old Miracle Applications website re-directs to Mac1's corporate site.

To make matters even more confusing, IACH (Information Architects) recently announced the acquisition of Mac1 Industries.

What I believe we have here is basically an empty shell but very possibly a very dirty one. A "dirty" shell is financial speak for a shell that has potential legal issues such as pending lawsuits, judgments and liens.

The MIRA shell has recently been owned by some of the worst scam artists in South Florida. The courts are littered with their civil suits. As more information becomes available I'll keep everyone updated.
