I would add the money flows to almost every last one of them republicans, democrats and independents if not all of them

I hope you are wrong - truly something 'must' change in our health care industry ... OR the industry will need a bailout in 10 years - no one is going to be able to pay the prices ..... for any medical services ...unless something is changed .........

Oh yes, the top income earners will be able to, however - they are not stupid .........no doubt they will take their cash to India and pay with a smile for their 'hip surgery' etc..............cheaper there & just as effective currently . many are doing that right now ..

and since it has worked for years and years, it will be a major divergence to business as usual and I'm not very convinced anything will change. mo. ..nic
