Tomorrow I go on with Step2 for 2 weeks (smoking patch), it has 14mgs of nicotine. Step one had 24mg..I think.
Still smoke about 5 cig a day....trying not to , but not easy.

Not easy at all!!!!!

I Chew'd tobacco for 30 years...
1st of december will be 3 years I done quit.
I chew the nicotine gum for one of those years lol

and the cost was 3 times what the skoal would of cost me!!!
But am I glad I quit!!!!

Don't give up!!!!
