Tomorrow I go on with Step2 for 2 weeks (smoking patch), it has 14mgs of nicotine. Step one had 24mg..I think.
Still smoke about 5 cig a day....trying not to , but not easy.

Did some cement work today with stones....for the first time.

need to do some cement area...don't know how to tho...lol
I guess I'll figure it out as I do it.


Last night I had put up blinds in my room ,the ones that block out all sun lights, I woke up 10 0'clock..thinking it was still
early in the morning ...lol
I like it tho.
