...having it all in a room at my house would make me feel that the site is somehow more "vulnerable".


Given the number and "volume" of those that...shall we say don't hold you in high regard, the above is probably prudent on your part.
As I said previously, I've "BTDT", after the second incident I began searching for an alternative, when the third outage occurred we were switched before they could get things back up again at the old ISP. Just a reminder that I am patient until I'm out of patience.
BTW, are we any closer to user selected blocking (aka Ignore)?
