I agree as far as the company "expansion plan" goes. But they keep paying themselves a "little to much", and their business plan is not in the stockholders best interest. They keep trying to expand into other markets without the monies to do it, and issuing more stock. Now the only way it seems they can get money is issue "Preferred Stock", with is not subject to a Reverse Split.
