exchange status upgrade


im told the company has filed and submitted their information statemnt to upgrade their staus...should be any day. as soon as this happens expect this stock to pop. If there is a shirt, he's going to be a little surprised :)


the company had sat with a cavert emptor status for quite sometime, while they completed the hybridyne acquisition, so that they would be able to include it in information statment..because it was not included at name change, they got lack of information status...

again, the short probably thought it was just another pink crap deal...

hehe, here it comes baby.
