f your buying because you like the company , that is one thing , If your buying because you think MAC 1 IND is going to be part of IACH is another. They are owned By Miracle Applications corp. The Sam Abecassis guy was compensated by MIRA 25 Million shares for his company. Then being as stupid as he puts out news about how MAC 1 acquired Miracle Applications when it was the other way around. He was paid for the company . He paid nothing to Miracle Applications to acquire them. As just resently he resigned from both companys as I heard and I was told I was able to get the document to prove it . LMFAO
