You somehow think if you appease everyone in the world, that somehow we can all live in peace and happiness for the rest of our lives? That's extremely naive, not to mention dangerous. Your approach to peace and prosperity is likely to end with a big mushroom cloud in all the major cities of the United States.

Throughout history, peace and liberty has come with a price. We are constantly called to action to defend it. Just because we haven't had a major conflict in decades doesn't mean we never will again (by major conflict, I mean a war involving several nations on either side, with a draft, etc.).

Peace is an endless struggle that often requires military action. If you think it's about singing Kum By Ya and holding hands around the campfire, you're badly mistaken.
