Yeah, that's a good point. Why secure $125 million just to liquidate? Perhaps for leverage? They don't want to give their properties away, maybe the $125m buys them time to get maximum value from their properties.

Whatever the reason, this looks like a company that knows what it is doing and has a lot of clout and integrity.

It's not a $400,000 company.
