This is the most funniest thing I have ever heard. There suppose letter of intent to acquire Mac 1 Industries is owned by another public company MIRA.PK LOL The Ex CEO Samual Abecassis resigned from MAC 1 IND the end of May 2009 and appointed a new CEO that is running both companies. I smell FRAUD... MIRA.PK is filing an injunction against Information Architects Corp. as well as Mr Samual Abecassis who in May was arrested for fraud and identity theft which he is out on bail. This guy I guess does not care about what the words Follow the law means LOLOL0 . Miracle Applications has the letters of resignation and appointment of the new CEO of MAC1 IND. Copies can be presented if needed.
