Capital Gains, correct me if I'm wrong...
Please, correct me if I am looking at this wrong, but what you posted reflects that GRWW made $10.1 million in Revenues for Fiscal Year 2008. That means recently in my opinion. That’s a lot for any triple sub-penny stock especially with an OS of 369,932,229 shares as of Apr 28, 2009 (which I believe to still be the same).
With the source you posted being from a 10-K and with that 10-K not being filed (yet), it leads me to think that it is coming. I think I understand the retraction of the previous PR which probably had something to do with GRWW not filing for a while to mask what they have been actually generating in Revenues until they were victorious in their trial. This is why they filed their Form 15-12G on 19 Nov 08 to become deregistered.
Hmmmm? Now that the trial is over, "I guess" it kind of leaked out from that PR that was released and then later retracted/killed that the time is now. Maybe the company was trying to tell us something given the volume from no news. I’m guessing that something major is going on from behind the scenes. It’s good that some are here early in my opinion.
Maybe I’m looking at this wrong, but the release of the $10.1 million generated in Revenues from the source being a 10-K reflecting Fiscal Year 2008 means to me that a filed 10-K with that figure could be eminent. Only a thought from tossing around some brain cells, but here’s the magnitude of a valuation that could be derived from what we know from what you posted below:
The Outstanding Shares (OS) for GRWW is thought to be 369,932,229 shares. Let’s figure a conservative 25% Net Profit Margin from the $10.1 million in Revenues that is generated by GRWW.
Now consider the derived Earnings Per Share (EPS) below:
OS = 369,932,229 Shares
Net Income = 25% x $10,100,000 = $2,525,000
Net Income ÷ OS = EPS
$10,100,000 ÷ 369,932,229 OS Shares = EPS
.0068 = EPS
PE Ratio x EPS = Fundamental Share Price Valuation
12 Conservative PE Ratio x .0068 = Fundamental Share Price Valuation
.0816 per share = Fundamental Share Price Valuation
This means that GRWW could ”actually” be worth .0816 per share. I think that given that the company previously had a legal issue unresolved, the price of the stock dropped. Now that we all know that the case has been resolved in favor of GRWW, there is a good chance that a recovery might be in order to its old highs. I think much of what the company has going on has been masked until such issues had been resolved. I am guessing that we could see the market realizing this in short order. IMHO
