Yeah, and it might be a blessing in disguise. They would have squandered those oil revs a decade or two ago but there is now a chance that the new revs, which w/b greater with higher oil prices, w/b be spent more for the development of the country.
Re Exxon's Cejka's statement, I just wanted you to see it as I know your interest in that well.
