Joemoney, or, is it joemoney_ceo, joemoney_trader, joemoney_007, joemoney_posts, joemoney_2000, or joemoney_2001 today..??

Or, are you repesenting CoolBreeze http://www.investorshub.com/boards/profile.asp?user=6354 in absentia this evening..??

Truthfully, I'm confused, or I wouldn't have asked...!?!

Let me reinforce what my son said. Although public, the Stock Discussion Boards on iHub are created and maintained - with considerable effort - by individuals. There is a great deal of personal ownership associated with most of them, which includes the Directors. Had you ever created a "..stock board.." yourself (..as opposed to simply usurping an existing board from people you previously harassed, or kludged up some Private Boards that no one posts on except you..) you'd probably understand. If this is an example of your typical content, http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=390231, much is explained.

Regardless of what iHub's general policy is, you are personally not welcome here by me. That is based on your personal history everywhere on this system. If that needs to be repeated a number of times to get the point across, I'll be happy to oblige. Most people would find other places to hang under the circumstances; but we can roll with this until all the Laforzites have a graphically clear picture of your true intentions and ultimate goals. It is important that all of them become intimately aware of the unusual, borderline manic-depressive, and typically warped motives & methods that seem to yank your crank.

You have no interest in this company, based on your stated contempt/disregard for any company that happens to be on the pinksheets, yet you seem to be shadowing the QBID board also. Quite odd, really - since the pinksheets are a nationally recognized starting platform and participatory venue for very small companies seeking capital and recognition, or those recovering from difficult times. http://www.pinksheets.com

Since I am the resident GURU on this company, I will make absolutely certain to address any and every question you pose to anyone - so their won't be any confusion about the state or status of Laforza Automobiles, Inc. We corporately want to make certain that you aren't left feeling "...you cain't get no sat-is-fac'-shun..."; OKAY.

Staring with the basics: As on the airlines, "..this is the Laforza Automobiles, Inc. board.." - just in case you're accidentally on the wrong bus. We don't care about plodding German ego-mobiles, and we don't care about street racing overpriced ghetto-cruisers through residential neighborhoods - competing against Yugos, GEOs, or any assortment of micro-RiceBurners. We're all here to talk about Laforza Automobiles, Inc. and their excellent Sport Utility Vehicles, Personal Safety Vehicles, and the dedicated, hard-working management team that is pursuing the prize for our mutual benefit.

"....Do you know if this company ever plans to get off the pink sheets?..."

Yes The auditting and accounting for both the Italian manufacturing operations and the US assembly operations has been in hand for some time. Efforts to conclude negotiations for funding to put the 2002/2003 PSV into production, embark on the new Ciresa-driven marketing strategy, and execute the SEC filings moving Laforza back onto the OTCBB are top management priorities. The filings and market maker activation submissions are all contingent upon the new financing. News is expected in the very near term.

"...Most people who have invested in them, invested in the company before they went pink. I'm not sure if that's the case for LFZA...."

When this stock board was created by me, the company was already on the pinksheets. Didn't you stop to check the dates as part of your deep and highly intellignet DD..??

Everyone here (..not including lurkers..) is therefor a pinksheet stock investor, by choice. If they felt the need for in-depth investing education and advice, I'm sure they'd rush right over to one of your super-intelligence Private Boards and seek your infallible and omniscent guidance. What college of business, investing and finance did you say you graduated from...???

Again, as part of your deeply thorough and all-encompassing DD - did you fail to read the post list - starting at post #1. All of your queries have been repeatedly addressed and answered in clear detial, especially in discourse with "mmayr", who is our resident worry-wart. Actually, a last-200-post read would have covered the matters.

All of the people in the post-list here have been, and are, collecting shares at $0.009 through $0.03+/- per share. Many have (n)100K shares, several have (n)MM shares. In case your, if challenged by the math: 100K averaged price raised $0.01 results in $1000.00 gain. Booting the decimal point one column to the right for 1MM shares results in $10,000.00 gain per penny increase.

Now that you've received your information, and imparted your intentionally negative viewpoint, perhaps you can go grace the MEMI, TTRIF, IRAC, AMJC, MNTO, MNTA, HDMP, and related pinksheet boards with your wisdom. Or, if those boards aren't present - create them.

Don't rush back on my account, but do have a lovely day.

John smile
