I see no indications that this Keith guy was ever involved in securities fraud or lied to shareholders or diluted stock or reverse splitted everyone out of their investments. I don't believe he's involved with this company, but this 15 years ago fraud indictment that didn't relate to investors isn't even his infamy. It's suing people. Maybe if he is involved he can sue the heck out of the Township like he's done to everyone else.
