Again, I think I am clear that the third party is an ihub member who runs his own board, he can go over there and ask him!
People have repeatedly claimed that everyone under the sun is involved with this stock, they said it's run by Ed Hayter, Richard Astrom, Keith Maydak, Paul Taylor, and who knows who else. You either like the company or you don't.
I personally don't care who runs it so long as it has what it says it has. When I got in this, the company had nothing except some internet jazz that didn't make any sense. They came in and never did a reverse split. Say what you will about these purported people who are running the show, but if they do that for companies, I'm in.
