It says persons excluded from the class (settlement). Meaning that they opted out and did not want to receive money from the settlement of the court case of people who invested in Tube Media Group (TUBM). I invested in that as well, I didn't get nothing from the settlement. I should have opted out too, I'd be listed there, mookies pumper. Our President invested in Tube Media Group and lost money like many others.
