How many times does it have to be explained..

SPNG isn't here to make money off of investors... Sometimes those with money do things to just to prove they can do them... In MM and SM case I think they became public to prove they could build a big company and make it to the nasdaq...

Now as for your theory of what might happen but has no base in terms of past events to support even thinking in such a way...

Does it not concern you that your concern has been stated many times from many investors to be proven wrong... yet rather than to look up and see past events you assume what you think is going on... or what could be going on.. and then get upset about it???

well there is a possibility that you could kill someone in you car tmr... Should I lock you up and throw away the key for that?

Their dealings behind the scenes on the share issue is very legit... however you have some big concern that because of other stocks you have been in before you have been hurt..

Well at some point you have to look back... see if the company is the one who is causing this concern or if it is a simple fabrication in your mind... And history has shown that the company has done nothing to give you a reason to doubt their veracity in regards to the share structure.

In short this issue is a figment of your imagination.
