See you've made way to many assumptions which I can only guess is the result of your feverish attempt to defend the company at all costs.

1. I never and have never said the company is a scam.

2. I've mentioned many times over on many different stocks that I completely understand the reasons why a company becomes publicly traded which is essentially the need to raise capital for various different reasons.

3. I have continually stated that I have ZERO problems with a company issuing shares for company related reasons should they have a need to do so.

My entire point of contention has and always has been that IF a company does need to issue shares (and again SPNG doing so is NOT a given here) that as long as they do it in an open and honest way then I won't take an issue with that.

What is not so unique here in SPNG is that in the event that they have actually issued more shares, that they have done so in an unscrupulous way that is at the very least not honest considering the points made about buybacks. If they haven't indeed issued shares then so be it, I'm fine with that, and I am happy they haven't. On the other hand if they have (which you and others absolutely refuse to give any credence too) then the company has in fact not been forthcoming and that is something that warrants any potential investors attention.

Be that as it may since the company doesn't seem to want to address the issue at the current time, the best that you can hope for is that individuals will be willing to set aside these concerns and make a purchase anyway. Of note however is that what I like to call Black Friday affectionately, has stirred the nerves of many, and this one issue is basically at the very heart of that.

Again SPNG is not a scam in my estimation and opinion. Their dealing behind the scenes on the share issue however remains a serious issue that must be dealt with if they have any hope of being on and remaining on the Nasdaq.
