Didn't try anything slick. I answered your question. The answer was ... the COMPANY has not made ONE mention of any merger or even that they were possibly thinking about a merger.

It was you who brought up a merger so I asked you to provide any such evidence to the point and you couldn't. The only thing you say is "the only ration reason for an A/S increase is a merger" Really? Does that mean that every company that raises their A/S count is going to do a merger? If thats the case then better than 80% of all penny stocks seem to have a merger coming in the future because they do it with regularity. I can think up a lot more reasons a company would raise their A/S particularly with a gagged T/A, and none of them really have anything to do with a merger.

Point is there IS no merger until the company says there is one, and you saying there is going to be one on this website without any evidence to back up that statement hurts your credibility not mine. I'm not the one posting half baked posts in order to make something look better than it really is.
