only rational reason for A/S increase....create shares to exchange with a merger partner.....otherwise completely unnecessary...and you are trying to be slick...turn the question and never answer mine......nice try BUT doesnt establish cred for your view
2. We never get to NASDAQ with current share structure because we dont get to a $...........only way is merger...and mgmt has stated we ARE going to NASDAQ
