SEC is working overtime to nail crooks all over the place. TM would be an easy mark...but 4 years later, and nothing. Sorry, kruy, the 'SEC is on the case' doggy don't hunt! Could it be that Megas is INNOCENT? 99% of the shareholders think so. I think you may be the only one left that that doesn't.
