Addax produces 136,000 bpd not 136 million.

LOL—if it were the latter, Addax would be producing about 50% more than the total worldwide production of oil from all sources!

I’ve railed before about the lack of copy editing at the WSJ (e.g. #msg-38788767), but this new error is a doozie!
