You only addressed a portion of my post. Also...I think when addressing this other issue it is important to remember the number of UCAD shares that are "legally" available.

The unaddressed issue from my post....

...."Also...are you certain naked short shares can be used in a share dividend distribution...even if the dividend shares are restricted for any period of time?

I spoke with etrade about this....and the gentleman told me that he didn't think this would be allowed by the SEC.

Perhaps you will have time to call them tomorrow...the SEC that is."......
