CMKX is not bailing out MM's.

CIM is a private company owned by UC.
UC has made a decision to pro rate the dividend to all sharesholder - including those people holding NSS shares.

UC is using as the denominator ALL SHARES ON THE MARKET instead of using O/S SHARES ONLY.

What UC is doing is giving people the same percentage ownership in CIM, as that person had with CMKX.

Remember that CIM is private.
MM's can not buy shares of CIM.
