You may think Cotara is the LEAST of PPHM's properties but
it is the MOST IMPORTANT one for now if the sale or licensing
of Cotara can provide enough money for bavi to be further developed
(if that is indeed PPHM's intention beyond Phase II).
Phase III trials are expensive -- noone wants delays or obscure
locations.... Enough of the Georgia nonsense --- I don't
think anyone wants to worry about trials being disrupted by
world events and invasions (unless there is a revolution in California hehe).

The plea for bavi is "show me the results"
The plea for Cotara is "show me the money"

Time to get rid of going concern clause ---
Otherwise six more months of games
