Effective Control Transport Inc. (fka EFFC)

There is no documentation available that proves the "ECT Corp", which I assume
to be Effective Control Transport Corporation, is a subsidiary of any other
company. On the Corporations Canada web site it specifically indicates no parent
company (or subsidiary companies).

As far as shareholder vote, Mr. Huppe probably still has the majority of shares either
personally, with Manon and/or other friendly stuckholders or through his other companies
which are listed as shareholders, in which case a vote will not be required.
