Thanks Gus...I read about (and provided a link) to the government website. You can read all about it....more lousy politics from the Double-Duh....pandering I believe they refer to it. In this country we reap the rewards of our ridiculous public policies. In retrospect they're all based on greater future taxation to pay a benefit today.....Ponzi, Ponzi, Ponzi.
