MY OPINION
The 3 million dollars were used to:

Buy Juina Mining interest
Pay for Roger Glenn Services
Pay for Drilling Employees salaries
Buy new and/or used drilling equipment
Pay for drilling supplies
and yes, Pay for CMKXtreme advertising.
