fung, give up with Pedro -he likes to play dumb (benefit of the doubt) and create the illusion you are not answering his questions as opposed to vice versa. If he doesn't understand that authorizing 300 billion additional shares amounts to dillution in the eyes of investors - regardles of if the shares are issued- then he deserves to lose his money here. I know he comes off as if he asking sincere questions, but I think he is just trying to distract people. IMO of course
