"Why" hardly matters anymore. From 500mil. to 10bil. ,...maybe. Highly, and extremely, doubtful at that point, but possible. 10bil. to 100bil. to 200bil. to 500bil. to,...... is a laugher. You are looking for a legit reason for a new increase? 500 billion was not enough? lol. Maybe these will know why -
