but we just got a document from the DOE that mentions 100 million in "grant writing services". if we on this board can find that.....anyone can. catch my drift? outta the bag now without a pr is it not?
the document never specifically states that the 100mill is from the pickens plan involvement though...
these are mere questions dont take it as a bash of any kind.
