A lot could go wrong between now and then. Funds could dry up before the 2nd round is released. I fully understand why they wouldn't advertise this. It's too political. This is something to announce once it is completed and funds in hand.

My opinions are worthless to most since I don't know anything about your bank account or trading style. Your own entry and exit points will determine whether or not you made a good trade.
