Would love to see some posts that delve into THESE (and other) legal precedence where an "employer" is held "liable" for an "employee's" criminal activity !

From what I have been able to discover...the prospect of iHub's liability will depend on ONE (or both) of these legalities being proven in Civil Court ! imo
