Whether Matt can be sued personally is highly questionable. I doubt that would be successful. If he's guilty in the courts, then he won't have much money. If he's innocent, he won't be sueable

LM, to me, the civil court question in this matter (who gets sued) is our most important issue--at least for those of us who want I-Hub to survive.

Based on just the information presented on this board, I would say that it is all but certain that Matt and I-Hub will be sued, along with any number of other people or entities.

It is just too easy to put another name, or nine, on a legal document, and demand disclosure and discovery of assets, corporate insurance and any other wealth of all parties involved.

The esquires that get hold of this case will want to peek into as many pockets as they can--and they have this down to a fine and legal science. Once embarked on the sacred and civil quest for hidden treasure, it is hard to deny them. And they may get upwards of 40% of the action....

A finding of guilt or innocence in the criminal venue won't be the final factor regarding the initiation of a civil suit (a-la O.J.).

So, the question is not will I-HUb be sued, but will it be sued into oblivion.

I can almost hear the civil case opening statement now regarding what was done to the I-HUb investors--"why, It was an outrage, it was a travesty, it was an outrage of a travesty."
