I have no disagreement with you on that. Absolutely, that's the issue - IHub not Matt!

Whereas you say people "know" that he used it, then fine. I say let those people go out and start rounding up lawyers and spending a gazillion hours and dollars before we even find out if Matt will be exonerated - much less IHub. It's a free country. Go for it.

Whether Matt can be sued personally is highly questionable. I doubt that would be successful. If he's guilty in the courts, then he won't have much money. If he's innocent, he won't be sueable.

If he is indicted for using IHub for illegal purposes, that will be nearly fatal to IH IMO. If he is found guilty in court of using IHub for illegal purposes, that almost certainly will be fatal to IH IMO.

I don't know about you, but IH is a critically important tool for many investors and I'm going to do all I can to defend its integrity until proven otherwise!
