What was interesting were the Articles of Incorporation for Casavant International Mining (CIM).

Articles authorized Twenty Five Million (25,000,000) shares at par value $0.001

There was never any amendments since incorporation 01/21/2003.

The 25 million does not concern me as much as the par value (0.001)
whereas CMKM par value is 0.0001
