matrix...couple of comments/questions....

1) what would the value of these stocks be for cost recording?

2) how many? 3mil cmkx/3mil cim per person?

3) how does this cim come in play...are those shares out there yet?

4) if Urban increases the authorized and then does a freebie doesn't that dilution because of the increase impact current shareholders?

5) why the big secret? if it was disclosed on Wednesday of this week why not before?

6) why the big secret of Sterling going to Canada?

what I'm not getting yet is

1) how many shares involved here beyond the 3/3?
any more? is that 6 billion rumor a true figure?
2) at what point was this decision made? was it before they invited the promo folks to the Denver race or after?
3) what besides fishing did Sterling do in Canada? why was he asked to stay off paltalk?

I think the concerns are real....just not articulated well.
why? if UC increased the authorized that impacts shareholders. Who can deny this?
